Pai Gow
Banker - this is the person that a player bets against in a game.
Copies - this is the term used for a tie. In the case of this the winnings go to the banker.
Dragon Hand - this is hand that is dealt to an empty seat at the table.
Hand Behind - this is the common term used for the five card hand as it is placed behind the smaller two card hand.
Hand in Front - this is the common term used for the two card hand called this because it is placed first, or in front of the hand behind.
High Card - this is the highest card in a player's hand, which may be used as a tie-breaker if a player and dealer have the same hand.
High Hand - this is another name for the Hand Behind or the Five Card Hand.
House Way - this is a set way that all dealers must use when setting their hands. This determines which cards they use in both their hands.
Joker - this is the card that serves as a wild card. It can be used to complete a flush, straight or straight flush. If it can not be used to complete one of these hands, then it becomes an Ace automatically.
Low Hand - this is another name for Hand in Front or two card hand.
Shake-Shake - this is another name for Pai Gow Poker.
Wild Card - this is the 53rd card and is usually a Joker.
